About Forbesfone SIM
I cannot use my phone while I'm abroad. What could the reason be?
The reasons may be the following:

-  Forbesfone may not have a roaming agreement with any of the networks in that particular country.
-  You may have barred your phone from using data. To reverse this service, kindly log in to your Forbesfone account and adjust it accordingly from your 'Services' section.
- Your APN (Access Point Name) settings of your device may need to be changed. Kindly ensure that your APN setting is ‘internet.forbesfone.com’. Should your device display a different APN, please change it to internet.forbesfone.com
When can I start using my Forbesfone SIM?
You can start using your Forbesfone SIM once you activate it by logging in to your Forbesfone account. Kindly activate your SIM before inserting it in your device.
Where will my Forbesfone SIM be delivered to?
Your Forbesfone SIM will be delivered to the deliverry address that you provided during the payment process.
Where can I purchase a Forbesfone SIM from?
You need to subscribe to a Forbesfone tariff plan to acquire a Forbesfone SIM. You may visit our 'Product' page to select your product. Once the purchase is finalised, a Forbesfone SIM will be delivered to you.
How long is the delivery process?

How can I check my credit balance?

How do I configure my Forbesfone SIM to my device?
Forbesfone will send you an SMS with a URL that will automatically configure your device. Kindly click on this link. Please note that Wi-Fi is needed to do this should you be using an Iphone device. Alternatively you may configure your device manually by following this quick and simple tutorial here. 
How do I start using my Forbesfone SIM?
You need to log in to your Forbesfone account once you've received your SIM. Here you are kindly asked to tick the check box 'I have received my SIM card' in order to confirm the receipt of your SIM and click on the 'Activate SIM' tab. 
I cannot connect to the Internet from my iPhone. What should I do?
Kindly follow the below instructions:

1. Press [Settings]
2. Press [Cellular]
3. Press [Cellular Data Network]

Fill in the fields with the following entries:
1. APN: internet.forbesfone.com

If you are on a pay2go tariff you can top up your general cash by logging in to your Forbesfone account, where you will be presented with the 'Overview' section. Here you can choose an amount with which to top up.

Upon purchasing a Forbesfone product, you will be introduced to a step by step process of how to create a Forbesfone Account.
How do I print an invoice?
You need to proceed to the ‘Past invoices’ section in your Forbesfone account. A list of your past invoices will be presented. Select the one you wish to print and click on the ‘Download invoice’ option.
How can I view my mobile usage?
You need to proceed to the ‘Usage History’ section in your Forbesfone account where your data usage will be presented.
What happens if I forget my password?
Select the 'Forgot my Password' option in the log in page. An e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail account where you will be instructed with the next steps. We suggest you keep your password in a secure and safe place.

You can start using your Forbesfone Pebble immediately as the device is pre activated. Your activated Forbesfone SIM card is already in the device if you purchased the Pebble pack as a new customer, however if you are an existing customer you have to insert your current Forbesfone SIM card in the device before using.

What happens if I don't receive a voucher?

What are the benefits of the vouchers?
Forbesfone may send you either a percentage voucher or a monetary voucher. According to the value of the voucher, your payable amount will be reduced.
Can I use a voucher more than once or give it to someone else?
A voucher can only be used once by the subscriber.
How can I get a voucher?
To receive a voucher you will have to participate in one of the promotions. A voucher may be sent to you via e-mail or any other marketing tool that Forbesfone adopts during promotional periods. Terms and Conditions may apply.
Does a voucher expire?
The lifetime of a voucher varies according to the type of promotion and this will be communicated to you together with the voucher code itself.

Lost/Stolen SIM
Will I incur any cost charges to acquire a new SIM card?
To acquire a new SIM you need to pay a one-time charge of EUR5.00c/ USD6.00c (excluding Tax & Shipping charges).
Is there anyway that my numbers from my previous SIM will be retrieved?
Any numbers stored in your previous SIM cannot be retrieved and assigned to your new SIM.
What can I do if my Forbesfone SIM gets lost or stolen?
You may log in to your Forbesfone account and proceed to the 'Services' section. Here you can block your SIM and request for a SIM replacement by selecting the 'Replace SIM' option. Alternatively you may contact our customer care team.
